The ladies, staff are wonderful and so appreciated.

Changed from my last Naturopath, and so glad I did. I received was HRT. Dr. was friendly, professional and efficient. Dr Kelley was knowledgable and caring. After years of not knowing what was wrong with me, having so many different symptoms, seeing different doctors and them telling me everything is normal, I finally found Dr Jenn at Silvertree Wellness. She tested me told me I have CIRS, (mold illness) and started treatment.
She is shoemaker certified and she’s very knowledgeable. They also have several biohaking equipments which can help speed up recovery to a multitude of problems. I’m thankful I was able finally able to find someone who won’t guess what’s wrong and actually test to get to the root of your heath problems.

Dr . Kelly for about a year. She is a great listener and is quite brilliant in terms of the medical procedures and she takes her time with the both of us to understand our concerns. I first went to Dr Jenn when she was still at her old practice. I believe it was in 2019. I was suffering from intense, chronic mold exposure for years that had compromised my cognitive functions, memory, and general well-being. Dr Jenn diagnosed me with CIRS. Using the Shoemaker Protocol, she put me on a program that helped me to regain my overall health, cognitive functions, and memory. I continue to see Dr Jenn for maintenance now that I am free of mold and my CIRS is under control. I am taking very high quality supplements to maintain all of the progress I have made these past five years or so. Dr Jenn is smart, knowledgeable, and an expert in her field of mold and naturopathic medicine. She also knows exactly what supplements, natural remedies, and other alternative medicines to use to address the health issues of her patients. I referred a friend to Dr Jenn who has also benefitted much from her for non-mold related illness. She is also caring and has a lovely personality. I highly recommend Dr Jenn in the Shoemaker Protocol and as a general naturopathic doctor. Her new practice is bright and has a friendly environment. I see her mostly by telemed now since I live in Tucson, but sometimes I like to visit her in person in the office. The environment there is very welcoming and positive. I highly recommend Dr Jenn.

Dr. Kelly is awesome! She answers all questions you have. It very relatable and makes sure you understand everything that she is talking about. She took the time to go through my labs with me and made sure I understood my results. I’m glad to have found her for my hormone therapy!

Right now, I feel amazing compared to how I felt when I first walked in to Silver Tree seven months ago. I had no idea why I had severe anxiety on my PMS, severe depression on my period, a terrible headache always, fatigued as heck all the time, always thirsty, and a hundred more symptoms. But progress is real! Dr. Kelly has me on a slow and sustainable detox from mycotoxins and more. I AM GETTING BETTER. Headaches are improving. Energy levels are improving. Life is improving.

I had been sick all of my life and some of my symptoms were very severe. My PC’s and specialists couldn’t help me and I had little hope for any kind of active lifestyle. I couldn’t be more grateful for deciding to try Naturopathic Medicine and a more holistic approach to my health. Dr. Jennifer Smith has provided exceptional care after diagnosing me with and treating CIRS following previous biotoxin exposure. I have seen significant reduction in my symptoms  including resolution of headaches, pain, fatigue, and sensitivities. The medication I took cholestyramine and BE spray has been healing along with the other supplements she added to my treatment plan. I recommend anyone who is struggling following biotoxin exposure, whether it be genetic with a triggering exposure, to seek care under her knowledge. Additionally, she actually cares about her patients, which definitely increases trust in her recommendation and treatment plans. And I’m back to running 4 days a week with good energy levels. It is possible to heal and recover with proper treatment.

I am in a high stress part of life with 3 kids under 7 and a new transition within my job I have built up a lot of tension in my back causing a low frequency burn sensation and pain all day/night. I had a pre-filled form from my doctor to schedule an X-ray at my convenience to check the area around my spine and see if there were any tells as to why I was feeling the pain I was feeling. I went to Dr Marrongelle and learned how to relax. I appreciated his approach at uncovering what my issue was and felt understood by him. Over the course of several sessions and with his expertise in the use of the needles my back has been completely been relieved from the tension and constant burn in my back. I’ve learned how to better take care of myself from his teachings and recommendations on what I can do on my own for preventative maintenance. I just came across that pre-filled X-ray form I previously mentioned yesterday and forgot why I had it in the first place. It felt so nice to throw it away because I no longer had anymore pain.

Dr. Derek is wonderful! He is calm, patient, caring, a great listener and explains process well. He is a nutritionist as well as acupuncturist. I am getting relief from nerve and muscular pain with his help that Western medicine was unable to provide, I recommend him to all of my friends.

I cannot recommend Silvertree Wellness highly enough. I’ve struggled with chronic Lyme/mold illness for a solid decade and before seeing Dr Smith had spent so much time and money searching for answers.  I immediately felt at ease with her because of her genuine down to earth compassionate bedside manner.. but it was her depth and breadth of knowledge that truly made me feel safe and like I could finally trust this person with my health.
She’s trained by the best in the country but the unusual thing about her is her insatiable desire to KEEP learning. She’s always furthering her medical education and there’s literally no question or bizarre symptom that can stump her. All with a humble demeanor which in my experience is unheard of. You are in excellent hands with Dr Smith and her whole staff and we are so blessed to have her locally.

After being sick for many years, I had a Lyme DNA urine test, which was positive for Lyme disease and Bartonella, a common Lyme coinfection.  I began seeing Dr. Smith 2 years and 9 months ago.  I was so sick.  I felt like I was dying.  The fatigue was debilitating and day to day living was extremely difficult.  Dr. Smith also diagnosed with with CIRS/mold biotoxin illness through lab tests and physical exam and history.  I have been 100% compliant with my treatment, which is mostly herbal based.  I am so pleased to say that within the last 6 months I have really begun to come back to life!  The fatigue is much less, pain is much less, many symptoms gone or resolving.  Since I have been disabled from this, I contacted Dr. Smith prior to making an initial appointment to make sure she was willing to see me and work with me with having very limited income.  I needed to know that she would not require me to purchase supplements through her office if I could get them cheaper elsewhere.  And, if she was willing to work with my primary care regarding ordering lab tests through my insurance.  She was agreeable to both.  She did not require me to come in more frequently than I could afford.  I've been seeing her every 6 months for most of the time.  If you don't have insurance or certain lab tests are not covered, she is in a co-op with other practitioners, where if you go through her office, the tests are greatly reduced at Lab Corp.  I got a $300+ test done for $69.  You give the money to Dr. Smith's office and you get a prepaid lab slip to take to the lab.  She is reasonably priced, compared to some other Lyme doctors who really milk you dry when you're at your lowest, physically and financially.  Plus, Dr. Smith is Shoemaker trained and certified in treating CIRS/mold illness.  The genes for chronic Lyme and mold illness often overlap.  So, we are very fortunate to have her in our area to treat both, because many Lyme patients have mold illness, too.  Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Smith!

Dr. Smith is intelligent, kind and compassionate!

She looks at the big picture and addresses the root cause for illness/symptoms.  She treats complex chronic diseases such as Lyme, Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome aka Mold Illness as well as anything that hinders good health. Their new office offers many modalities for healing in one place.

Dr. Smith is very open minded and works with you as a partner in managing and treating your health for a better quality of life. She is accessible which is  wonderful as many doctors are not especially those that deal with chronic disease.  Her staff is terrific as well! I am grateful to have her as our doctor!
